We offer flexible schedules and working arrangements to meet the varying needs of the individual, and, despite our many offsite locations, we work to help people find a ‘home’ within the system. CRNAs can elect to work primarily in outpatient centers, or our smaller community hospitals, or minimize their travel away from the main campus.

Opportunities exist to participate in specialty areas such as pediatrics, thoracics, cardiac, obstetrics and ambulatory surgeries. In addition, CRNAs at Baystate Medical center can elect to be part of an active, established training program for visiting SRNAs. We support an academic service, and weekly grand rounds are provided, allowing you to accumulate CEU while at work.

We are serious about the role of the team in delivering quality anesthesia care, and provide administrative and leadership opportunities for CRNAs within the structure of our group and department. CRNAs are an integral part of the functioning of our group, both in and out of the ORs.
