- Have recently been accepted into a CRNA program
- Are actively enrolled in a CRNA program

Shadowing
We offer the opportunity to shadow one of our current CRNAs who will be able to provide an in-depth overview of our group, cases and the day-to-day look into being a CRNA with Springfield Anesthesia Service.
I feel it is important for candidates to get a sense of what it is like here at Baystate Medical Center.
